Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Conduct electrical and general maintenance of building and grounds to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Work Order Management: Respond to and resolve work orders assigned by the Maintenance Scheduler in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Equipment Inspection and Diagnostics: Inspect and diagnose equipment issues to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Installation and Setup: Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment within the facility.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to work with mechanical systems and understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and diagnostic tools.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required.
