Position Overview

Compensation Structure:
$41.15 per hour

Our technicians benefit from a performance-driven compensation model known as flat-rate pay.

This approach rewards our skilled professionals with a fixed amount for each eligible task, promoting a culture of efficiency and prompt task completion, ensuring you are justly compensated for your expertise and commitment.

These rates reflect average productivity by region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic systems, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical systems, suspension and alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
  • Clearly articulate technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
  • Stay updated with rapidly evolving automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
  • Assist and mentor technicians/mechanics in executing technical tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be capable of operating customer and company vehicles.
  • A minimum of 5 years of automotive repair experience is required, along with completion of a Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills through third-party certifications/assessments.
  • A.S.E. certification in at least 5 (five) of A1-A8 (L1 can be one of the five) is mandatory. (New hires with equivalent external qualifications/certifications will have up to 2 years of employment to comply).
  • Maintain Federal, State, and Local certification/license where applicable.
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
  • Proficient reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
