Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for assessing and mitigating damage to properties affected by fire, water, mold, and weather disasters. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement restoration plans, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess property damage and develop restoration plans
  • Perform restoration tasks, including cleaning, decontamination, and repair
  • Remove and replace damaged materials, including drywall, plumbing, and electrical components
  • Perform water mitigation and extraction services
  • Decontaminate and deodorize indoor spaces
  • Repair and restore structures
  • Ensure end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, leaving the worksite clean and organized

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, and in good physical fitness and stamina for cleanup
  • Comfortable with using power and hand tools
  • Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and working in all types of weather and environments
