Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company and OSHA safety protocols; report violations promptly
  • Ensure all electrical work meets or exceeds NEC and local requirements
  • Install electrical systems for commercial and multifamily projects, including pipe bending and conduit installation
  • Execute projects according to contracts and designs
  • Work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
  • Promote a positive work culture
  • Safely utilize various electrical tools and equipment
  • Keep equipment in optimal condition and report issues to supervisors

Mental Expectations:

Candidates should be self-motivated and adept at managing multiple tasks and rapidly changing priorities. Effective and professional communication with customers, vendors, and colleagues is essential, even in challenging situations. A strong commitment to safety guidelines is required, along with efficient task management.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday with potential for overtime

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of electrical experience in a supervisory or electrician role (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Electrical License (Preferred)
