We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at CoStar Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plans.
  • Prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business using CoStar Group's extensive property data.
  • Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your specific market territory.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help our clients achieve their goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.
  • A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in an environment that emphasizes customer experience.
  • Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships while engaging with clients at a senior/C-Suite level.
  • Ability to analyze data, build out reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company.
  • Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $80,000 and a generous bonus and benefits plan. We also invest in your professional and academic growth with internal training, tuition reimbursement, and an inter-office exchange program.
