Ruggable, a leading direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand based in Los Angeles, California, is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Revenue Growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving business growth through comprehensive performance marketing strategies.

We are looking for someone who can develop and execute a growth marketing strategy to acquire new customers while maintaining marketing efficiencies. As part of the extended leadership team, you will partner and collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, Insights, Brand, and Creative to develop and lead initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large media budgets across online and offline paid media channels, specifically Meta and Google. Direct hands-on experience with TV/OTT and Audio marketing is also required. You will be responsible for driving topline revenue growth for the DTC business through planning, development, and execution of comprehensive performance marketing strategies via paid media channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage key department objectives and develop initiatives for new customer growth, LTV:CAC, and channel expansions
  • Oversee campaigns for digital channels (Social, Search, Affiliate, Display) as well as traditional channels (Video, Audio, OOH, Direct Mail)
  • Mentor and develop an agile, collaborative, and high-performing growth marketing team
  • Collaborate closely with Integrated Marketing, Creative, CRM, Ecommerce, and Insights on all new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • DTC subscription and traditional ecommerce experience
  • 3+ years of leading as Head of Growth for a digitally native business with annual sales $200M+
  • Direct, hands-on experience with media buying on Meta and/or Google
  • Working knowledge of offline marketing specifically as it relates to TV/OTT and Audio
  • Experience leading high-performing growth marketing teams of 5+ people
  • Managed diverse media budgets of $100M+

Salary and Benefits:

  • $225,000 - $260,000 per year base salary
  • An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
  • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company-sponsored 401K plan
