Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Business Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in our Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing comprehensive business analysis support to the sales team, including RFP volume and close rate analysis, historical account spending, AE performance metrics, and marketplace research to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Conducting ad hoc analyses to uncover opportunities and identify root causes for fluctuations in revenue, driving actionable recommendations.
- Developing and producing recurring advertising reports for sales executives and their teams.
- Supporting the development of monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts, providing rationale and insights.
This role requires a self-starter with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as the successful candidate will articulate complex analyses clearly to various stakeholders.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business strategy, analytics, planning, or a related role within a media company.
- Strategic thinking and exceptional analytical skills, capable of dissecting complex issues and formulating thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
- Proven ability to persuade, build consensus, and collaborate effectively with all levels of management internally and externally.

- An estimated salary range of $59,000 to $89,750, depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
