About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Product Manager to drive revenue and growth for Numerade. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with our Head of Product, founders, CEO, and executive team to achieve aggressive revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving ability. They will lead cross-functional teams to implement and manage growth initiatives, optimize the revenue funnel, and apply data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities for product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company's growth strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement and manage growth initiatives.
  • Optimize the revenue funnel, applying tactics for customer acquisition, retention, and upsell.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to identify and execute on opportunities for product improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in growth product management for consumer subscription startups/companies.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of aligning various stakeholders with the growth objectives.
  • An entrepreneurial outlook; extremely comfortable in a "startup" environment.
