Enterprise Sales Director

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at Lumen. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new Enterprise sales opportunities, providing product solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Lumen remains competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the telecom industry and its competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficient in MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Location
This role is based in Colorado and Utah, with the option to work from home. You will be required to spend at least 25-50% of your time conducting sales activities outside of the office.
