Job Title: Senior Living Sales/Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Living Sales/Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts at Bear Creek Senior Living in Colorado Springs, CO.

About the Role

The Senior Living Sales/Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue. This includes working closely with community partners, referral sources, prospective residents, and their families to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
  • Provide oversight and guidance to sales team members
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events to promote the community and attract new residents
Requirements
  • 2+ years of senior living sales experience preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, public relations, communications, sales, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
  • Engaging personality and a love for seniors
