About the Role

The Senior Living Sales/Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue. This includes identifying and establishing new relationships with community partners and referral sources, while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in senior living sales and marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and develop sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with community partners and referral sources
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
