Sales Director

Our client is a leading innovator in the spirits industry, renowned for its high-quality products and commitment to excellence. As they continue to expand their presence on the West Coast, they are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager - CPG Beverage to support and execute sales strategies across the Colorado region.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and market share across key accounts in the West Coast region for FMCG Clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and on-premise establishments to ensure brand loyalty and consistent product placement.
- Assist in managing a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure sales targets are met.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, expanding product presence and increasing sales volume.
- Support the execution of marketing and promotional activities, including in-store tastings, events, and brand activations to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on performance, market trends, and account developments to the Sales Director.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team, marketing, and operations departments to ensure successful product launches and sales campaigns.
