General Manager Job Description

As a General Manager at Chick-fil-A, you will play a key role in leading a team of 80+ team members and ensuring compliance with company standards. You will work closely with the Owner/Operator to communicate the vision, values, and goals daily.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage staffing levels and achieve business results
  • Maintain positive relationships with employees
  • Strategize to improve sales and processes
  • Meet physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed
  • Must have Friday and Saturday Availability
  • Must have availability to close 3 days per week, one of which must be Friday or Saturday night.
  • Based on business needs, you will be scheduled one close shift (10:30pm) per week.
  • Based on business needs, you will be scheduled one 7pm OR one open shift (6:00am) per week.
