Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Patient Experience Specialist I to join our eye clinic team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming clients and managing calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Registering patients and verifying their records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Scheduling appointments and procedures, and rescheduling missed appointments and cancellations
  • Processing medical record requests and collecting and processing payments from patients
  • Conducting daily reconciliation of cash reports and monies collected
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Healthcare and service industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Empathetic personality with a focus on patient needs and satisfaction
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work as a team member and uphold organizational standards and values
