About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to become a vital part of Workday's Corporate Treasury team, where your contributions will shape the future of our organization. This role involves close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to support our rapid expansion. We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual with strong financial analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure optimal banking services.
  • Oversee banking portals and related administration to guarantee appropriate user access and compliance with SOX controls. Update account signatories and assist with FBAR reporting.
  • Formulate and execute treasury strategies aimed at optimizing global cash flow, minimizing costs, and mitigating financial risks.
  • Manage Treasury reporting requirements to ensure precision. Collaborate with IT to integrate new accounts and enhance treasury reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting related to treasury activities.
  • Support the Senior Treasury Manager with M&A integration by defining and addressing Treasury-related cross-functional needs.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including accounts payable, payroll, accounting, IT, and procurement, to align with organizational objectives and financial strategies.
  • Provide cross-coverage within the Treasury Operations team to ensure seamless and effective operations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance treasury processes and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
About You

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of treasury experience within multinational corporations.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of banking regulations and products.
Other Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong familiarity with banking and treasury technologies.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Excellent multitasking skills; organized and detail-oriented.
  • A growth mindset and self-motivated, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with finance systems, with knowledge of Workday Financials being advantageous.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for this role vary based on location. As part of the total compensation package, this position may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, along with annual refresh stock grants. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including geography, experience, skills, job responsibilities, and business needs.
