Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business insights and informing strategic decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Forecasting and Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, identify key variance drivers, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including journal entries and account reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools, such as PowerQuery and PowerBI, to perform data analysis and visualization, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business strategies and goals, and provide financial insights to inform decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience.
  • Cumulative GPA: 3.0 or higher.
  • Business Experience: 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in finance or accounting.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
