About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to be a vital part of Workday's Corporate Treasury team, where your contributions will help shape the future of our organization. This role involves close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to support our rapid growth. We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual with strong financial analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure optimal banking services.
  • Oversee banking portals and related administration to ensure proper user access and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and execute treasury strategies aimed at optimizing global cash flow, minimizing costs, and mitigating financial risks.
  • Ensure accuracy in Treasury reporting requirements and collaborate with IT for account integration and reporting enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting on treasury activities.
  • Support the Senior Treasury Manager in M&A integration by defining and addressing Treasury-related cross-functional needs.
  • Collaborate with departments such as accounts payable, payroll, accounting, IT, and procurement to align with organizational objectives.
  • Provide coverage within the Treasury Operations team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify and implement improvements in treasury processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
About You

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of treasury experience within multinational corporations.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and financial products.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong familiarity with banking and treasury technologies.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A growth-oriented mindset and self-motivation to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with financial systems, with familiarity in Workday Financials being advantageous.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annual base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are outlined below. Workday's pay ranges vary based on work location. This role may also be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, along with annual refresh stock grants. Compensation offers will be determined based on various factors including geography, experience, skills, job responsibilities, and business needs.
