About the Role


Honest Networks is seeking a dedicated Project Coordination Specialist to play a crucial role within our organization, providing direct support to the CEO.

The Specialist will oversee and assist in managing assigned projects while adhering to organizational policies, programs, budgets, and timelines to meet objectives.

This position will involve approximately 20% high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing his calendar and inbox, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and performing various administrative tasks.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

Ideal Candidate


The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, professional, and organized individual capable of working independently and taking initiative.

This person should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle confidential information with discretion, and have the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.

A self-starter, this individual will be excited about the opportunity to take on more responsibilities over time, including operational management and collaborating cross-functionally with other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and support daily activities aligned with project goals.
  • Identify optimization opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage insurance administration tasks.
  • Conduct research and provide support for special projects as required.
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications.
  • Oversee office management, procurement, and administration.
  • Attend meetings and prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Provide general administrative support, including organizing documents and ordering supplies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a junior project management or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with task-management SAAS programs is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
