We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator/Specialist to join our team at Russell Tobin & Associates. As a key member of our Platform Operations organization, you will be responsible for onboarding restaurant merchants and implementing strategic programs to enhance their experience on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface directly with merchant restaurants to improve their experience
  • Create and execute plans for merchant onboarding strategy
  • Perform hands-on work with hardware and learn client software configuration
  • Create merchant training materials and train staff on new platforms
  • Identify opportunities to improve merchant workflows and maximize revenue
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4-5 years of experience in account management, systems implementation, customer support, or hospitality
  • Excellent external and internal customer support skills
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and effectively
  • Experience working cross-functionally with other departments
