About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator/Specialist to join our team at Russell Tobin & Associates. As a key member of our Platform Operations organization, you will be responsible for onboarding restaurant merchants and implementing strategic programs to enhance their experience on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface directly with merchant restaurants to improve their experience
- Create and execute plans for merchant onboarding strategy
- Perform hands-on work with hardware and learn client software configuration
- Create merchant training materials and train staff on new platforms
- Identify opportunities to improve merchant workflows and maximize revenue
- Work cross-functionally with sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4-5 years of experience in account management, systems implementation, customer support, or hospitality
- Excellent external and internal customer support skills
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and effectively
- Experience working cross-functionally with other departments
