Shoplift is a venture-backed SaaS startup in New York City that empowers e-commerce merchants to maximize their profitability through real-time UX optimization.
Job Opportunity:
We're seeking a skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team. As an early member, you'll have a unique chance to help refine our sales process from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales funnel, from prospecting to closing and renewals
- Identify areas for improvement and take on strategic initiatives to enhance our processes
- Develop sales documentation and materials, such as scripts and training materials
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our product offerings
- Report on sales activity and forecast to leadership, providing market insights
- Collaborate with the customer success team for a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on Conversion Rate Optimization practices and industry trends
- Assist in hiring and training future sales team members as the company scales
Requirements:
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- 1+ years in the E-commerce space
- Experience working with eCommerce merchants
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking methodologies
- Experience in a startup environment
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Located in NYC metro or willing to relocate (Hybrid: in office 3 days per week)
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
