- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and deliver results
- 7-10 years of experience in managing better department stores, with experience working on Dillards, Macy's, or Nordstrom
- Value channel experience a plus
- Previous merchandising and product development experience a plus
- Proficient in retail analytics and merchandising, with OTB knowledge and retail math skills
- MS Office proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High product taste level
- Travel up to 30% for trade shows and business development
- Competitive salary range of $130-$140k annually
- Benefits package, including 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedule, and employee discount program
