Job Description

At FIRSTENROLL LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales Growth: Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue potential new clients, achieving or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions to any issues.
  • Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our services, staying up-to-date with any changes or new offerings.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within the health insurance business.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
