Job Title: Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Innomotics LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing business plans to penetrate and grow industrial accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in assigned regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of proven track record in selling medium voltage motors, medium voltage electrical drives (VFD's), and associated services
  • Experience in using CRM tools to supervise selling activities
  • Ability to marshal channel sales resources, including distributors and reps, to grow market share
  • Travel: 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree
  • Validated solid understanding of integrated drive solutions (motor, drive, system solution, etc.)
  • Existing relationships and experience selling to large OEMs and End Users
  • Ability to demonstrate the sale of the balance of the industrial portfolio, including automation, controls, and power distribution equipment
