Senior Automated Test Engineer

Job Summary:
Syms Strategic Group, LLC (SSG) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Automated Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation strategies, creating automation test plans, and developing and executing automated tests.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement test automation strategies to improve test efficiency and effectiveness
* Create automation test plans and get approvals
* Develop and execute automated tests using Selenium tools and configure Selenium Test Environment
* Create, organize, and manage Test Automation Resources
* Design, develop, and execute automated tests
* Extend existing test automation frameworks and tools
* Integrate with CI/CD tools and pipeline
* Triage, troubleshoot, and document defects
* Document QA procedures for team
* Work closely with engineering and QA to manage and improve the development pipeline
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software/Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical degree
* 8+ years of experience in automated software development and testing
* Experience using at least two automation tools/technologies
* Java, C#, or Python development experience
* Flat File Processing, API, or Backend testing
* Visual Studio
* T-SQL
Desired Experience:
* Experience with EDI and financial transaction systems
* Experience testing MUMPS, VistA, and other VA systems
Security Clearance Requirements:
* Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
Citizenship Requirement:
* U.S. Citizenship required for this opportunity
