About the Role:

VIZIO is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at our Seattle office. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment
  • Partner with HR to maintain company and office policies
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Facilitate visitor check-in and check-out
  • Ensure office efficiency and security
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments
  • Perform special projects and analysis
About You:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 5+ years of experience in office management or a related field. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
