Site Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Leader to join our team at RICBT/OneCBT. As a Site Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and clinical aspects of our site, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, including clinical, administrative, and staffing matters.
  • Collaborate with the Operations/Administrative Team and Executive Director to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all clinicians are meeting productivity goals and providing high-quality care to clients.
  • Address and resolve customer service issues promptly and provide feedback to involved clinicians and staff.
  • Support clinician professional development through consultation, mentoring, and guidance.
  • Monitor and address office aesthetics and ensure that the site is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Participate in vacation coverage rotation with the Executive Director and other Site Leaders.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree (LMHC, LICSW, PsyD, PhD) in Mental Health.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a leader in a growth-oriented organization, preferably in the healthcare/behavioral health field.
  • Strong leadership capability, relationship skills, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with recent technological applications and train staff on their use.
  • Strong detail-orientation and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possess reliable problem-solving ability and strong ethical standards and compassion.
