About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in empowering customers to achieve their financial goals by providing access to responsible and affordable financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Present financial solutions that meet customers' needs and provide education on the terms and conditions of their loan.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual - Spanish a plus.
