The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities- Assist the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective room sales and yield management strategies.
- Manage the front desk team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality-related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
