Job Title: Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco Front Office Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at the Grand Bay Hotel in San Francisco. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the front desk staff, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Front Desk Staff: Train, develop, and motivate front desk staff to provide exceptional guest service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop front desk staff.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
