Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently in search of an Office Support Specialist for a temporary engagement. This role is situated within a well-regarded firm specializing in assurance, tax, and financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax-related operations including:
    • Monitoring due dates
    • Processing tax returns
    • Implementing scanning and digital procedures
    • Drafting tax engagement letters
    • Facilitating tax return rollovers
    • Preparing organizers for printing
    • Updating document management system fields
    • Generating reports as required

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Experience in a professional services environment is preferred

Employment Type: Temporary position

Compensation: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
