Job Summary:

As an Office Clerk at SP+ Corporation, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and mail sorting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Word and Excel
• Assist with data entry and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Possess good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
