Job Title: Vice President of Operations

Endeavor Schools, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success and long-term sustainability of our schools through effective leadership, employee engagement, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promoting a Healthy and Safe Learning Environment: Ensure that each school complies with all federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements, and is responsible for the safety and well-being of all students and staff.
  • Supporting Academic Excellence: Ensure that all schools deliver quality academic programs, and develop and manage the framework used to validate that professional development opportunities are provided to deepen the skill sets and knowledge of school-based team members.
  • Leading and Developing Staff: Proven leadership skills with ability to create and maintain a positive employee experience and culture, and develop and retain a team of Regional Directors (RDs) and School Leaders (SLs) that deliver high-quality, fiscally sound programs.
  • Ensuring Financial and Operational Health: Assist in the development of all school-level budgets, and assist in the development and refinement of Endeavor Schools' systems and SOPs.
  • Driving Stakeholder Satisfaction: Actively build relationships with all key stakeholders and team members, and ensure that schools are identifying and meeting the needs of families.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business or related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Master's degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years' experience in education or comparable service industry with prior multi-site management or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal, including staff and family relationships.
