About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Vice President Cycling to lead our Best Buddies Challenges and Breakaway Camps team. As a key member of our Development and Marketing department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for Best Buddies Challenges and Breakaway Camps
  • Lead a team of regional development staff to achieve revenue goals
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, team captains, and community leaders
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Manage event timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of Best Buddies Challenges and Breakaway Camps

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in development, sales, and/or non-profit development
  • Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams to achieve revenue goals
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems
