The Division Vice President will be responsible for providing oversight, guidance, and leadership to the care centers and operations teams for the assigned Division. This includes accountability for operations, financial performance, managing client relationships, strategic implementation, and people management.

The DVP will work closely with the CEO, Clinical VP, and other leaders to define Division strategy and implement plans to ensure success. The role requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial and Operational: Prepare annual budgets, establish internal processes, monitor business metrics, and interface with support center departments.
  • Business Development, Acquisitions, and Organic Growth: Assist Business Development, participate in business development meetings, identify target providers, and implement standard work.
  • Client Management: Identify key business partners, develop regular touchpoints, and engage Regional leadership in client relationships.
  • People Management: Provide leadership to Regional and Care Centers teams, establish regular Division and Regional Leadership Meetings, and work with recruiting/HR to fulfill needs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years managing multiple locations at a Regional/Division level
  • Master's Degree in business/health-related field
