Job Title: Vice President Relationship Manager

Overview

The Vice President Relationship Manager in the Private Client Services Department is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with high-net worth clients and commercial depositors to achieve business development goals. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing relationships, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase deposit and loan relationships.
  • Manage existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor account activity and manage accounts in uncollected or overdraft status.
  • Work with credit underwriting teams and credit committees to move loan deals from application to closing.
  • Comply with all related CIP and BSA/AML requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance with five years of banking-related experience.
  • Knowledge of bank operations, new accounts, relationship management, payment processing, and related activities.
  • Ability to visit prospective clients within a designated market area.
  • Advanced understanding of commercial banking or private banking relationships and experience interacting with high-net worth clients.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Software.
  • Experience working in a sales team with a high-quality service advocacy.
  • Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act/AML and related regulations.
  • Knowledge of how to complete and maintain a comprehensive KYC client profile.
