  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and new regulations, ensuring that all employees are aware of and compliant with company policies.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions for business partners, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business results.
  • Perform special projects in support of the company's strategy, working closely with leadership to identify and prioritize initiatives.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Minimum five years' experience in HR/Generalist role, with a proven track record of success in a similar position.
  • Strong initiative and judgment abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory compliance, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to manage competing demands and be adaptable, with a flexible and positive attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems, with the ability to use these systems to support business decisions.
