Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain high visibility and approachability for all employees, ensuring that everyone feels supported and valued.
- Coach and mentor frontline supervisors and managers on effective team leadership, providing guidance on how to build and maintain high-performing teams.
- Handle personnel issues with confidentiality and respect, ensuring that all matters are handled in a fair and equitable manner.
- Support change management initiatives and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Collaborate with HR team members to promote consistent HR practices and ensure that all employees receive the same level of support and guidance.
- Assist leaders with employee relations, engagement, and execution of HR activities, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and new regulations, ensuring that all employees are aware of and compliant with company policies.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions for business partners, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business results.
- Perform special projects in support of the company's strategy, working closely with leadership to identify and prioritize initiatives.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Minimum five years' experience in HR/Generalist role, with a proven track record of success in a similar position.
- Strong initiative and judgment abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- In-depth knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory compliance, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to manage competing demands and be adaptable, with a flexible and positive attitude.
- Working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems, with the ability to use these systems to support business decisions.
