Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in St. Louis, MO. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of Area Sales Managers, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 8-10 Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve sales performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
