We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Central US team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a business plan that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and ensures attainment of sales goals and margins.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales representatives, customers, and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed activity standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in industrial sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in field sales management, with a proven track record of leading and developing local field sales representatives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and mentor sales representatives.
  • Financial management skills, including analyzing market data and developing sales plans.
