Exciting Role as an Office Coordinator

We are in search of a dedicated and talented Office Coordinator to become a vital part of our organization at Homes for the Homeless, Inc. As an Office Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks including managing communications, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring adherence to established protocols.

Key Duties

  • Evaluate and process time sheets for payroll management.
  • Collaborate with the central office to manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in monitoring cash flow and petty cash under the supervision of the Facility Administrator.
  • Oversee office systems, equipment agreements, and vendor contracts in conjunction with the Building Management team.
  • Ensure precise billing for services.
  • Maintain employee records, including health documentation, training certifications, and security clearances.
  • Coordinate background check appointments for new employees.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience complemented by educational background.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with office administration and/or human resources practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of ADP-Workforce Now is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
