Position: Office Coordinator

Position Overview: The Office Coordinator will report directly to the Deputy Executive Director and will oversee a variety of administrative tasks at the 14th Street Y. This position involves assisting the executive team, managing supplies, and ensuring efficient operations within the organization.

  • Collaborate with various departments at the 14th Street Y
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with the Executive team and partners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange meetings for the Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director
  • Reconcile monthly credit card expenditures
  • Organize and provide logistical support for events
  • Oversee office supply inventory and procurement
  • Uphold organizational standards in shared spaces
  • Coordinate with vendors and facilities management
  • Process invoices and manage payment priorities
  • Monitor communication and scheduling for Aquatics

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in office administration or a related field
  • Highly organized with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to pursue necessary certifications
  • Strong communication skills with executives and stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
