Customer Care Representative Opportunity

Tri Pointe Homes is seeking an experienced Warranty Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our homeowners receive the best possible support and assistance throughout the warranty process.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing all concerns related to warranty items and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of service requests to determine coverage and requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams, providing regular updates and support throughout the warranty process.
  • Manage and track warranty costs, negotiating with trade partners and investigating any discrepancies or overages.
  • Collaborate with sales and construction teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution, guaranteeing that all work meets company standards and homeowner expectations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 3 months of experience in home construction or customer care preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive from location to location.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
