The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of team lead or supervisory experience, preferably in a dealership setting. Basic accounting knowledge and experience with CDK and/or ERP systems are preferred. The ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and handle extended hours at month-end is essential. A high school diploma is required, while a Bachelor's, Master's, or Certifications are desirable.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and effectively supervise team leads and staff engaged in activities such as account reconciliation assessment, daily communication activity, and maintaining various aging account schedules.
  2. Create and manage warranty performance reports and metrics.
  3. Achieve General Accounting human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  4. Communicate job expectations, monitor, and appraise job contributions, adhere to policies and procedures, and implement productivity performance standards.
  5. Maintain financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls and protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
