The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of team lead or supervisory experience, preferably in a dealership setting. Basic accounting knowledge and experience with CDK and/or ERP systems are preferred. The ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and handle extended hours at month-end is essential. A high school diploma is required, while a Bachelor's, Master's, or Certifications are desirable.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and effectively supervise team leads and staff engaged in activities such as account reconciliation assessment, daily communication activity, and maintaining various aging account schedules.
- Create and manage warranty performance reports and metrics.
- Achieve General Accounting human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Communicate job expectations, monitor, and appraise job contributions, adhere to policies and procedures, and implement productivity performance standards.
- Maintain financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls and protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
