Job Overview
A Warranty Repair Claims Examiner is needed to review warranty repair orders, determine labor operation codes, and process claims according to manufacturer guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing each repair order for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the applicable labor operation codes, failure/condition codes, and other administrative data required to code the repair properly.
  • Check each repair order in the Vehicle Inquiry to determine coverage, extended warranties, open campaigns, TSBs, vehicle history, etc.
  • Verify criteria required by the factory or manufacturer.
  • Process all warranty claims timely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Follow up on all warranty rejections timely and resolve issues to obtain payment.
  • Post all warranty payments as received and address any differences or flag corrections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior dealership experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with CDK and/or ERP systems advantageous.
  • Capability to work independently and exhibit self-motivation.
  • Proficient in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Compensation:$53,000 - $73,000 per year
