About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Center Intern to join our Information Technology team at Heaven Hill Brands. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and management, working on exciting projects and developing valuable skills.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with the IT ticketing system, supporting first-level user/equipment, assisting with inventory management, and supporting various IT projects. You will also have the chance to work on specific projects such as Azure Inventory and Ticketing System Refresh.

Key Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an Information Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, MIS, or related degree program.
  • Strong technical skills in ticketing systems, Microsoft Office, Intune, Azure, and Active Directory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
