Job Description

The Heaven Hill Brands Summer Internship Program is a paid opportunity that runs from May to August. The ideal candidate will be based in the Greater Louisville area and will work in an office or hybrid setting.

This internship offers valuable experience and professional development opportunities for students. As part of the program, you will support the company's strategic goals through project work and business-critical assignments. You will also participate in networking events, intern development sessions, workshops, tours of Heaven Hill facilities, social events, and more.

We are looking for an IT Support Center Intern to join our Information Technology team. As an intern, you will assist with the IT ticketing system, support first-level user/equipment, assist with inventory management, and support various IT projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Working through the IT ticketing system, conducting diagnostics using knowledge/training, helpdesk resources, and other IT tools to resolve or escalate end-user and system issues.
  • Install, test, and configure new workstations, printers, related peripheral equipment, and software.
  • Maintain Company IT inventory and compare accuracy against Intune assets.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements to existing procedures and infrastructure.
  • Perform Onboarding and Offboarding tasks.
  • Azure Inventory project support.
  • Ticketing system refresh project support.
  • Assist with Tier 1 tickets, providing support and resolving tickets.
  • Learn reporting metrics to make suggestions on where the IT Support team could make improvements.
  • Assist in setting up computer hardware for new employees.
  • Develop and deliver a presentation to Executive Leadership Team at the end of your internship experience.
  • Participate in other work as opportunities arise.

Requirements:
  • Currently a junior/senior pursuing an Information Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, MIS, or related degree.
  • Technical knowledge of ticketing systems, Microsoft Office, Intune, Azure, and Active Directory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including previous customer service support.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
