Technical Support Associate II

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Associate II to provide reliable technical assistance to our internal and external customers. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis, and replication of technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Resideo-branded products.
- Develop and share knowledge within the team and with the customer base.
- Build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Test Resideo-branded products & software.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Customer facing and/or call center experience.
- Good interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
