About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hawthorne Lane as a Business Development Coordinator, supporting the team with effective marketing strategies and business development goals.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys in developing ways to maximize new and existing business relationships. This role requires a professional with practice group management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support client development initiatives for the firm.
  • Collaborate with various departments throughout the firm to initiate new programs geared towards enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients and compile client-related pitch materials for attorney review.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of development practices, generate reports, and analyze results.

About You
