  • Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about our menu items, including our signature Pollo Campero dishes, to make informed meal suggestions and answer customer questions.
  • Order Accuracy: Verify each customer's order for accuracy, manage to-go orders, process POS transactions, and follow cash handling procedures to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, count money, and provide change correctly to customers.
  • Shift Management: Count the register before and after each shift with management to ensure no shortage or overage.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with front-line food preparation procedures, such as packaging and taking orders to tables.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality products.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Language: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience: Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and push 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Personal Care and Hygiene: Must follow the company's Personal Care and Hygiene policies.
  • Work Documents: Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.
Compensation:

Starting from USD $17.00/Hr.
