Customer Service Representative

At Service Experts, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services.
- Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including CPI compliance regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Knowledge of the HVAC/Refrigeration industry is an asset.
