Customer Service Specialist Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Service Experts. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of the HVAC/Refrigeration industry an asset
